Client hereby entrusts pet(s) to Nanhall Professional School of Grooming, INC (noted as Nanhall Pet Spa or Nanhall hereafter) for the purpose of grooming services.
Our establishment agrees to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep the premises sanitary and properly enclosed. Your pet will be watered regularly, provided with proper exercise, and housed in safe, clean quarters.

By Appointment Only!

  • Owner Agrees to abide by all the polices & hours of Nanhall Pet Spa, including Holiday/Winter Hours as posted. Please respect our hours and understand this is for the safety and security of your pet.

SCHEDULE, PRICING, PAYMENTS

  • All Prices Represent the Cash Discount. Payment can be cash, or credit card charge plus a fee. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge.  No Refunds or Exchanges.

  • Any pricing given over the phone or by email is an estimate. Pricing may vary by appointment based on your pet’s coat condition, temperament, or time the groom takes Pricing is subject change. We reserve the right to refuse service to any animal or person that might pose a threat.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 48 hours notice is required to cancel without a fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee of $30 per pet. 

  • All appointments must be confirmed before the appointment time or the client will be subject to the appointment being canceled AND cancellation fees. 

  • All same day cancellations are responsible for 50% of the appointment cost and clients will not be rebooked after 2 instances. 

  • No call/No show (no answer/no access) appointments are responsible for 100% of their appointment cost and will not be booked after 2 instances.

VACCINATIONS, HEALTH, SANITATION

  • By agreeing to our policies, you are agreeing to keep your pet’s vaccinations up to date per local and federal laws and can provide paper work when requested.

  • We sanitize thoroughly but cannot be liable for any infection’s conditions such as kennel cough, canine influenza, Parvo etc. 

FLEAS AND TICKS

  • Any pet that has major parasite infestation will be sent back home for treatment and/or will be bathed and treated immediately; the owner is responsible for any charges incurred for this extra service.

HEALTH CONDITIONS & TEMPERAMENT

  • It is the pet owners’ responsibility to provide a healthy and groomable pet. Any known preexisting conditions and Behavior Problems MUST be disclosed prior to grooming. Special Handling Fees will be added to the bill. Pet owners are financially responsible for any and all medical bills and treatments if the groomer is injured by their pet. 

  • Any aggressive pets will be returned to their owner immediately and full payment will be due. 

  • Nanhall Pet Spa is not liable for clipper irritation, minor knicks/scratches or skin irritation from grooming. Nanhall Pet Spa is held harmless from damages, loss or claims arising from any known or unknown preexisting condition of my pet. 

  • If the state of the animal’s health otherwise requires professional attention, Nanhall Pet Spa will contact you to pick up your pet

GROOMING & DEMATTING

  • The owners agree that the pet is fit and healthy. Grooming elderly, infirm or sedated pet will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health\skin conditions for which Nanhall cannot be held liable. Nanhall cannot be responsible for nicks and/or cuts on pets that move, jerk, roll or pets that cannot behave for grooming or bathing.  Nail cutting and ear cleaning are part of the service unless the process is too stressful for the pet or too dangerous for the groomer. Nanhall uses ear powder to pluck the hair in pet’s ears. dogs with excessive ear hair may get an ear infection, because of the excessive hair. Some circumstances, there is a risk of nails bleeding, i.e., unruly, unmaintained nails. We do NOT offer anal gland expression, as this should be performed by a licensed veterinarian. 

  • “De-matting" or complete coat removal on a severely matted will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health\skin problems\ clipper burn\minor nicks for which Nanhall Pet Spa. cannot be held liable. Please See Our Matted Release Form.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Photos and/or video may be taken of your pet before, during or after their grooming session for use on Nanhall Pet Spa social media pages and other marketing purposes. 

FINAL AGREEMENT

  • Owner represents to Nanhall that Owner is the lawful owner of the Pet(s) and that Owner is fully authorized to enter into this agreement. Nanhall Reserves the right to update these policies at any time.

  • The services we provide are done so without liability for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft or fire, and/or from injury or damage done by your pet to himself, people, other animals, property, allergic reaction to medication dispensed by owner or vet, or other unavoidable causes.

  • I agree that if I have any issues with my pet’s groom or condition to contact Nanhall Pet Spa within 24 hours of your pets service. 

  • I authorize Nanhall Pet Spa to act as my agent in the event of emergency. If veterinary services, boarding services or transportation services are required I agree to pay any and allots incurred. 

  • I have read and understand my obligations as written in this agreement for the salon services offered by Nanhall Pet Spa
